How Prescriptions Work
Doctor Reviews Your Case
After you submit your consultation, a board-certified dermatologist reviews your information and photos.
Prescription Issued
If medication is appropriate for your condition, the doctor issues a prescription. You'll be notified via email.
Pick Up or Delivery
The prescription is sent to your preferred pharmacy. Pick it up at your convenience or arrange delivery.
Important Information
Pharmacy Selection
During your consultation, you can specify your preferred pharmacy. We can send prescriptions to most pharmacies in Germany and the EU.
Prescription Types
Our dermatologists can prescribe topical treatments, oral medications, and other therapies appropriate for your condition. Controlled substances and certain specialized medications may require an in-person visit.
Refills
If you need a refill of a previously prescribed medication, you can request one through your patient dashboard. The doctor will review your case and issue a refill if appropriate.
Medication Costs
The cost of prescription medications is separate from your consultation fee and is paid directly to the pharmacy. Prices vary depending on the medication and your pharmacy.
